Returns:

  • Damaged or Defective Items:

  • Incorrect Items:
    • In the rare event that you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent or provide a refund.

Refunds:

    • To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Refund Process:
    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a specified number of days.
